Iain Hunter

Iain was born and raised in Scotland then followed his accounting career to Jamaica before settling in Canada where he has lived for almost fifty years in the Edmonton area, settling into retirement in Sherwood Park.
Iain is married to Christine and they have two children is married with no other family; his daughter is married with 4 children. Two girls and two boys. The eldest girl was married in the summer of 2023.

Travel has been a primary interest, especially in his retirement years and he claims to have visited over fifty countries including almost all of the European ones. Giving travel presentations at the local library provides opportunity to relive these experiences.

Volunteering at his church and messing about with computers occupy much of his time – the latter he hopes constructively.
