Kay Guthrie

Kathleen Guthrie was born in Grande Prairie, Alberta, in 1926. She has published four children’s books including The Old Woman and the Grizzly Grey-Graks, The Little Owl Who Wouldn’t, The Boy Who Discovered Christmas, with cover artwork done by her granddaughter Bonnie Wright, B.Des., and The Sign. She has also written a book for grownups called CHINA—1989.
