Priscilla Laudon

Priscilla Laudon was born in Medicine Hat, Alberta (Canada), โ€œprairie chicken and chinook countryโ€. Her poetry and prose, definitely plainspoken – catch your attention, carry you beyond the mediocre. In her own words: โ€œlife hands us bitter and sweet – and, as we process – insight, applied wisdom and humour overtake our journey. What appeared โ€˜oh so bitterโ€™ has taken on a sweet fragrance, the value of which becomes greater as years wrinkle byโ€.

Although the bittersweet journey is her very first book published, Priscilla has had her poems printed in several anthologies, received an โ€œEditorโ€™s Choice Awardโ€ from the National Library of Poetry for outstanding achievement in poetry.
