Shipping and Returns
PageMaster attempts to be as accurate and as clear as possible in our product descriptions. If you have pre-purchase questions please inquire at orders_at_pagemaster.ca. Our goal is that each item and shipment exceeds your needs and expectations. However, if a product is not what you expected you may return it in unused condition. Please also provide feedback so we can improve our descriptions and your experience.
Guarantee & Returns:
If you’re not happy with your purchase, for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days, and you’ll receive a full refund of the purchase price. The following conditions apply:
Some goods are supplied on final sale basis and cannot be returned or credited. This will be indicated on marketing material and invoices.
For a full refund items must be in original, resaleable condition.
If you received a defective item and need to replace it with the same item, contact customer service at orders_at_pagemaster.ca to request a replacement as soon as possible. The item may not require a physical return.
Damage in shipping should be reported to the carrier but we will still help you get a replacement promptly.
PageMaster does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a manufactures defect or our error.
Products manufactured by PageMaster are guaranteed against defects in workmanship for a period of 2 years from sale date. If there is a problem contact customer service to arrange a replacement or solution.
In-stock orders are normally shipped the next business day.
If an item is back-ordered or there is a reason that your order will not be shipped within 2 business days we will email you.
Some items require processing which will be stated on the product page. We will notify you of any delays. Once the order has left our warehouse we are not in control of the shipment. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier or, if such items must cross an international border, then risk of loss and title pass to you when they clear customs. Damage or loss in shipping should be reported to the carrier. Keep us informed if there is a problem.
For small, low value items we may use lettermail or other non-tracked services. These are generally efficient but there are occasional delays.
If you have chosen to use surface mail for an international shipment expect 4-6 weeks in shipping.

Cross-border shipments may incur delays due to customs. Please allow additional time for shipping.
We will email you once your package is shipped and provide tracking information if available.

We may determine that a refund can be issued without requiring a return. If you aren’t required to mail your item back for a refund, you will be notified.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within 10 to 15 business days after placing your return in the mail. Refunds are completed in 3-5 business days after they have been received and processed. We will send you an e-mail to let you know when the refund has been completed.
If you paid for all or part of an item you want to return with a promotional coupon or code and the code has not expired, that part of your refund will be credited to your account, and will be available to use the next time you place an order. Please note, however, that the original expiration date still applies.
