Former Dean of Interdisciplinary Studies at the University of Alberta, Gerald St. Maur is a visual and literary artist. He is the author of nine books of poetry, five plays, and has directed work for the stage, radio and television.
He has been active in the arts community for three decades during which he has served as President of both the Alberta Society of Artists and the Society of Canadian Artists. His visual work, contained in seven books, has been exhibited widely throughout Canada and is held in various private and public collections.
