Exact Physics and Gravitation: Probabilistic, Relativistic, Kinetic

The classical System International (SI) physics created fantastic technology while being unclear about basic facts of reality. Particles are considered to be immobile. This is an illusion, eyes cannot follow atomic movements. Near the sun, protons move with 1/4 velocity of light. Hydrogen molecules form radially directed chains; molecules phase shifted by 90^o discharge together, increasing their velocity to that of light, 3×10⁸ m/s, a value measured lately by CERN. After relativity correction, this creates a new set of integer physical constants deriving the same energies as the classical SI. Although no changes are allowed by conservatives, the integer physical constants model proposed discovered numerous new features of physics and gravitation. At the atomic level the particle interactions are kinetic, with no units of time and distant and mass replaced by momentum. This generates the third perspective of physics based on the equal probability of radiation in all six orientations of space, with minimized energy in each degree of freedom. Probabilities are those of a game of six sided dice.
