Probabilistic, Exact Physics and Secrets of Gravitation

Ten years of unsupported retirement research lead to uncovering the vectorized infrared radiation to be the source of gravitation and the centrifugal force to be the force of repulsion creating gravity balance. Hence there is no missing mass in the Universe, only cold mass generating little gravitation. The proposed local radiation velocities allow the sun to deliver now energy to earth without relativity correction becoming infinity. The elementary independent interaction in the Universe is along the straight line between the source and the receiver the amount of actual energy and power passing through being given by the statistics used in the game of dice. The kinetics of atomic interaction has no units of time or of space. Thus temperature of sun of 6000 K represents the density rate of generation of energy of Boltzmann constants derived on rotating earth in SI units as pulse rate {{[(6000¼)¼]¼}¼} x relativity correction ≡ 1 eV/s ≡ 1 W/m2 expressing also unity probability of the event. Since the dimension of 1 meter cubic system proposed bears to the atomic cubic system a ratio of 1010, the linear probability of 10-10 derives the most important and accurate physical values and constants of the Universe. The current SI system misses high frequency reflections induced by infrared radiation of the earth, causing absorption by earth only of some 2/3 of sun radiation. The reversed atomic attraction as expressed by International definition of 1 A is modified for several planets by the atomic ability to significantly nullify the gravitational attraction according to Lenz Law.
