It is time that the dark past of Christian history in relation to the Jewish people is brought into the Light. The tragic fact is that much of the persecution, torture, and martyrdom of the Jewish people has been at the hands of those who called themselves Christians. This breach has caused the dividing wall of hostility and fear that Jesus died to tear down between Jew and Gentile (Eph. 2:14) to be rebuilt. It has caused the Jews to turn away from their own Messiah and to see the cross as a symbol of hatred, brutality and butchery rather than the sign of God’s redeeming love for His people. It is time to hear the truth that will bring forth a Godly sorrow and repentance that will help to heal the breach and restore the devastation of many generations.
