Norma Barnett

     Dr. Norma Barnett is the Dean of Academics for Grace International Bible College in Edmonton, Alberta. She is also an Adjunct Professor of IAUGT Department of Christian Counseling, Dayton Ohio. She has a Bachelors degree in Nursing, an Education Diploma in Adult Education, a Bachelors and Masters degree in Christian Counseling and Christian education. She graduated with Summa-Cum-laude in Christian Counseling and has gained the certification of Certified Psychotherapist and Counselor with the E.O.P.C of America. In 2004 she received a PhD in Clinical and Counselling Psychology from Bircham International University. Dr. Barnett is a member of the American Counselling Association and American Association of Christian Counselors. She serves as a church and community counselor. As a devoted educator, speaker, counselor, writer, and nurse Dr. Barnett has traveled and written many articles regarding the human experience from secular as well as religious perspectives. In 2003 she released her first book: God Loves Abused Women Too: Strategies to help break the cycle of abuse. She also facilitates the Women’s Group at RTAC and runs a Women’s Book club.
