Ellen Higgins

Ellen Higgins is a wife and mother of four children. She is originally from Bassa County, Liberia but came to Canada in March, 2005 where she was inspired by the Canadian government’s system. She thought it wise to impart the same values in her country in order to bring change to Liberia.
