Heather Seargeant

Heather Seargeant is a retired RN. With some chronic pain issues and illness in the family, she began to take her camera while going for walks near her home, intentionally looking for beauty to focus on. It became a way of living with pain, both physical and emotional. As she took more and more photos, playing with the effects of light, colour, and focus, it became a wonderfully healing hobby.

One of Heather’s favorite places in Alberta, (she lives in Edmonton), is King’s Fold Retreat and Renewal Centre near Cochrane. The vistas at King’s Fold are magnificent and the atmosphere contemplative. Enjoy her photos as you read and ponder Bill’s words.
