Richard Dixon

Richard Dixon specializes in landscape paintings done as on site plein-aire oils on canvas with larger studio works derived therefrom. His artworks are represented in the collections of corporations, museums, governments, royal families and private collectors globally.

Richard is currently focused on creating a series of full colour art books related to the landscapes and watersheds of the Canadian Rockies and the main tributary rivers that flow out onto the prairies across western Canada.

These books, exhibition catalogues, posters, cards and print series will support exhibitions of the paintings held locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.
