Annette Waskul reaches out to loved ones in her book Poetry for the Spirit. “To my family and friends, the ones that are passed away and those who still grace my table. I have been blessed to be able to express my thoughts of the way I view life, in poetry form. I have with the help of my son John been able to put them together so that I can put it in book form. I would like to give john a special thank you for all this patience in helping me with all my questions and his computer skills to put it all together. My prayer is that who ever reads these poems may find one or two that speaks to their soul, and gives them comfort and peace. Words can either put us down or lift our spirits. May these poems be not so much my words but, in some way, a spiritual message from our Lord.”
