Still More Commentaries

Still More Commentaries is the third rendition of thoughts from a restless mind which were published, almost without change, by the St. Albert Gazette. Almost without change because on a few occasions the text was modified to fit with the editors’ imperative to compress my immortal words to fit the space allocated to the Commentaries section of the Gazette’s editorial page. Still, It has been an honour to be allowed to write my thoughts in Canada’s Best Community Newspaper – as judged by the Canadian newspaper industry. Further, I have not complained about the editor’s impertinent habit of altering the Titles that I submitted with my articles. That impudent interference has been addressed in this publication whereby I have reverted to providing my own Titles. Author: Alan Murdock
