One night when I was reading my daughter a children book with animal pictures and at the same time translated in to Somali language. Some of the animals I could not come up with in Somali language, so I made this book I asked myself: if I could not say some these animals in to my own language then what is going to happen, not only the next generation but this generation? Some of the Somali language could be lost or disappear.
