Under His Wings is the story of Margit Müller-Shamir and her ministry and service in South Sudan: a country in civil war when she arrived in the year 2002. Margit is a registered nurse and worked for several years in her home country in Middle Franconia, Germany. She served together with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) in Malawi and eventually joined MEDAIR and the Africa Inland Mission in South Sudan.
In this book she tells of unforgettable encounters and astonishing experiences during those years. Her desire is to encourage Christian people to leave their comfort zones and; by faith, to follow the call of God on their own lives into the unknown. She testifies of extreme suffering and loss in the deep interiors of Africa.
