The production and retail delivery of milk in the rapidly growing town, and then city, of Edmonton in 1902โ1909 period was expanding and changing with the influx of new residents and the introduction of pasteurization to the local scene. Some of the men arriving in the city had the plans and resources to build dairy plants. My research into a few of these operations evolved into a deeper look for information about other dairy activities in early Edmonton.
