Elaine and her husband Ray, have been married 47 years and have 3 married daughters and 5 grandchildren. They presently pastor New Destiny Church, ministering in Edmonton’s urban center. Ordained, Elaine holds her license with the Ministers Network of Canada. In 2004, she began working at Fort Saskatchewan Christian School as an Educational Assistant. As she became more directly involved with the student’s spiritual growth, she took on the role of School Chaplain. She particularly enjoyed hosting prayer teams, and carrying out prayer and outreach initiatives in the community, province and nation. Elaine filled that role until retiring in 2020, but continues to teach children to pray, and hear the voice of God.
