Thirty Days in June

publication of these poems was instigated by the remark of a friend:
“get on with it, Louie!”
which stung me to the point of closeting myself for a month to select and edit 30 (one for each day of June 2011) out of a body of mainly unpublished and carefully crafted but readable verse on sundry aspects of love longings humour and other delights and oddities of our daily and imaginary life that are worth getting lyrical about — Louis Munan
